You know that feeling when you wake up and think, “Hmmm… I wonder if I’m going to be on today.”
I’m talking about those ebbs and flows of life that we all experience from time to time. They apply to EVERYTHING — fitness, nutrition, relationships, productivity, creativity… the list goes on and on.
Can I let you in on a secret that I’ve learned about these ebbs and flows?
When one area is ebbing, others typically are too. But when we’re flowing in one area, we’re generally flowing in others!
For example, when my nutrition is on point, I’m seeing positive effects in other areas, like my creativity, my business, etc. When it’s not… well, it’s affecting other aspects of my life outside of the kitchen!
