You guys… no one is forcing you to eat like shit.
Harsh? Maybe. But it needs to be said!!
Now before I dive deeper into this, I want to set some expectations.
If you’ve been a listener of the Dinner Table Talk podcast for awhile, then you know I define healthy as what is SUSTAINABLE for you. Healthy is a spectrum… and it’s different for everyone.
So when I say, “no one is forcing you to eat unhealthily”, I’m not saying you’ve got to drink organic green juice every single day (I mean… if you want to, go ahead!).
What I’m trying to say is… you know what works for you. You know where you fall on the spectrum. And NO ONE is forcing you to eat crap that doesn’t WORK for you!
