Do you find that you tend to sacrifice your health goals when you travel?
I feel you, trust me.
If you know me, you know I LOVE to travel. Now, when I’m travelling internationally, I typically have one major goal: eat as much delicious food as possible (okay, okay… and stay active, explore the sights, etc.).
But here’s the thing — I also travel a good bit domestically. And I found that given I travel so much, I was getting WAY off track with my goals, because I kept telling myself, I’ll just get back on track when I get home… but I was never home!
On today’s episode of the Dinner Table Talk podcast, I’m sharing 6 tips for traveling with food so you can stick with your goals (and even save some money) when you’re traveling!
“I take my fully-prepped meals just in a meal-prep container, take it right through in my carry-on, you don’t have to do anything special. Yes, you can take food.”
“Also, pro tip here, if you’re going to take protein powder and put them in baggies, you do not need to write “not drugs” on the bag, or “not cocaine”. I’ve seen people do that.”
